Delivery and Product terms

 

Deliveries:

Delivery will normally take place within the timescales estimated on the order acknowledgement  (and in any case within 28 working days), however this is only an estimate and time shall not be the essence of any order. Some smaller Goods may be delivered by post or courier and certain ranges of mirrors and furniture will be delivered direct by the supplier.

All deliveries are carried out by a professional independent delivery company. After consignments are dispatched Outlet Art

We will not be held responsible for any delays suffered by the delivery company. Any date specified for a delivery to take place is regarded as a preferred date and while every effort is made to deliver consignments on preferred dates, this is not guaranteed by any third party working on behalf of Outlet Art. Certain Goods will require some form of assembly and it is the Buyer's responsibility to assemble the Goods. Delivery will only be made to the delivery address specified on the original order. If you reside in a block of flats please make us aware pre delivery as we only send a single driver to deliver So for large items we need to know. 

Incorrect delivery addresses: delivery costs will not be refunded if an incorrect delivery address or incomplete address is supplied as we have to pay for each and every delivery up front. it is the customers responsibility to make sure there address details are correct when submitting there order.

Goods signed for in good condition on delivery by our own driver after being unpacked cannot be returned or disputed once accepted and signed for.

once goods are signed for its remains the responsibility of the customer to return goods should they be accepted back at the managements discretion or uplifted at a cost of £60 to the customer.

where goods are sent by courier you must check the item and report any damage within 2 hours of delivery. We cannot replace any goods should goods not be checked and reported within this timescale. We recommend all goods are checked on delivery immediately.

Wall Art is non refundable once ordered with our supplier and is subject a cancellation 20% cost if management agree to a refund.

refunds are subject to a 20% cancellation cost and made to order wall art is 28 working days for all wall art to be made unless otherwise stated

we do not give refunds for wall art or furniture once ordered with our suppliers. we as a business have to pay to order your furniture and this is why we cannot refund your order or cancel it

we are well with the consumer right act to reject cancellations for wall art and furniture that is ordered by you the customer as we cannot cancel your order with our suppliers.

If good are signed for without checking them or you refuse to check them on delivery responsibility passes over the customer should any damages occur and no claim for goods can be accepted.

Goods reported damaged on delivery must be supported by photographic evidence and we will arrange collection of our goods as long as the goods reported as done so within the time scale.

Damage or scratches to the back or unseen area is not classed as damaged goods. These are unseen areas and occasionally marks be present on unseen areas.

London congestion zone and new emissions charges are payable should your address be within this zone. a seperate invoice for payment will be issued. we as a company do not pay this charge for you.

Delivery of items to some scotland post codes and southern England and Wales are dispatched by a pallet delivery to you. as it not cost viable to hand deliver goods to some locations.

Cancellation of delivery prior to delivery or a customer not being then a delivery charge is applicable and chargeable.

Re-delivery of goods is chargeable at the cost of delivering to your location.

Courier deliveries: Goods accepted on delivery and should there be any damage it must be reported within 2 hours of delivery  once this time has ellasped we cannot accept damage reports As by signing for goods in good condition it invalidate our insurance.

goods can be sent back with the courier free of charge should they arrive damaged - once the courier has left the customers premises the return cost of the item if damaged has to met by the customer and must be reported within the two hour time scale. We cannot accept any reports or damage claims after this 2 hour period. 

Good dispatched to outside of England,Scotland & Wales come under exports orders and all goods are sent on behalf on the customer. We do not take responsibility for damages or delays. Goods must be insured by the customer as we will not send goods and be liable for damage, you must check your goods on delivery and report to the couriers. We must make this very clear.


all goods delivered by our own driver will require signing for and checking on delivery. Once signed for we cannot accept damage reports

should a product have a manufacturing defect have a one year product guarantee unless the item is sold as seen.

If goods are accepted without you checking them or you refuse to check them on delivery responsibility passes over the customer should any damages occur and no claim for goods can be accepted and no refund or exchange can be given.

We give customers adequate time to check goods on delivery. if the goods are damaged please return back with the delivery driver / courier company free of charge  - If not returned back with the driver the customer will have to pay to return the goods should we agree to accept them back which is at the discretion of company.

bespoke made wall art is non refundable or returnable once ordered. Goods that we have to order in are also non returnable.

should a customer crack a door or draw by over tightening a handle too tight we cannot be held responsible. Handles do not come attached to the units. We can try and assist with you a replacement part of repair but it is chargable.

prices for uk delivered goods are charged per order.

Export orders worldwide have prices listed for your country on the checkout page, every order is set up calculated by the weight of the item to our country the price is subject to chsnge as shipping companies do amend there prices daily and flutuate so prices are a guide only. Export order cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee plus vat.

Delivery costs and Export order delivery costs are non refundable.

We do not accept damage reports for international consignements we book your shipment on your behalf so you must insure your goods against transit damage(s)

international orders must be insured by the customer - we do not insure your product so if you wish it to cover against transit damage you must insure it.

we book your consignment on your behalf but we take no responsibility.

we do not offer a returns policy due to the product being furniture.

Should you choose to accept part delivery of an order those items are not refundable once delivered.

sizes and dimensions are on each product so please make sure if ordering something you have measured up as once an item is delivered it cannot be returned for a refund.

Liquid wall art is hand embellished and variances will occur due too it being hand made to order.

all wall is made to order and is it has to be ordered specially for you - it is  non cancellable and no refund or credit will be given.

 

Refund and Returns Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Bespoke wall art made to order is non returnable.

return costs are down to the customer. Delivery costs are non refundable

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and you must return the item back to Outlet Art. Once the item is received back it will inspected for any damages or defects. should the item be returned damaged no refund will be given.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is non refundable

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. all returned items are subject to a 20% cancellation cost of the item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at outletletart2018@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
